You can delete a registered end user from the RDC program as needed.
Note: You cannot delete a user record if:
there are pending deposits on the account
there are deposits outstanding on the Deposit Review tab for this account
the end user has scanned checks for this account within the past eighteen (18) months
Delete User
Locate the user record by entering the User Number and clicking on the FIND USER button, or

Search by user name. Enter either the end users first name, last name, full name (first name and last name), or enter at least two characters of the first or last name, then click the Find User buttonFind User button next to the Search by User Name field. The first match will appear under Matches:. Any additional matches to your search criteria will be displayed in the dropdown list.

The user record will appear. Click the DELETE USER button on the bottom right of the Users screen. A delete confirmation will display, similar to Figure 3 below.

Click DELETE to continue. The User Deleted window displays, similar to Figure 4 below. The end user is deleted and can no longer access RDC.

Since you cannot delete a user that has either pending deposits, deposits in review and/or deposit history as noted above, you will receive an error message if you attempt to delete a user with any deposit activity.
Alternatively, you can choose to disable the user record by de-selecting the Enabled checkbox until the record is able to be deleted. If this checkbox is deselected, the user will no longer be able to use the RDC program. |
