About Reviewing A Deposit

The DEPOSIT REVIEW tab displays the User Information, Recent Deposit History Items, Statistics, Deposit Reference information (which includes the details of the current deposit, including Errors), and the check images associated with the current deposit. You may choose to:

• use the Account types filter to review All deposits in the review queue, or choose to view only Consumer or Business deposits.
• use the Profiles filter to review All deposits in the review queue, or to review only deposits that were submitted by end users belonging to a specific risk profile.
• display images in color (when applicable), using the Show color images checkbox at the top right of the screen

• display images of all items or exception items only, using the Show Exceptions Only option

• zoom into a particular section of a check using the Magnify tool

The fields on the Deposit Review tab allow you to:

• View account information on the current deposit;
• View statistics on the current account's deposit history;
• View information on the account's deposits;
• Investigate and correct errors with the check image(s) for this account.
